I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England
I had a nice conversation with the fine folks of Station 27 from the Milwaukee Fire Department today at a neighborhood block party. They were showing off Engine 27 and giving kids of all ages a chance to see a real fire truck up close and personal. My 2 1/2 year old son was enthralled. And I'll admit, I was too! It's hard not to like a panel like this full of gauges, knobs, nozzles and buttons. Not to mention the flashing lights and all of the brushed metal and chrome. Standing next to one of these makes this 48 year old feel like a kid again - just like my son, full of awe and wonder.
To the Milwaukee Fire Department and firefighters across the country, thank you for your service.
